Instructions
Cooking Pancetta
First, put in a nonstick pan over a medium to low heat and cook the pancetta 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Toasting the Bread
First, spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
Then, put olive oil on both sides of the bread with a basting brush.
Then broil for 30-60 seconds on each side, until toasted, BUT watching constantly!!!
Set the oven to 350
First of all, the oven will be very hot, add the Havarti cheese to each piece of bread and bake immediately.
Next, set the timer for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Putting together you PLT
First, take your toast with the melted cheese and put on a plate. Then, add your basil leaves on top of the cheese.
Next, add your pancetta.
Then, add your arugula.
Finally, add your tomato then top with another piece of toast or eat open-faced sandwich…..Enjoy!!!
