Ingredients
Crepes
  • 1 &1/4Cup Flour

Instructions
Crepes
  1. First, in a bowl, mix, eggs, vanilla, and honey.
  2. Then, add the flour to the mix and use a whisk to stir for 2 minutes until the batter is smooth.
  3. Next, lightly grease medium skillet and pour a thin layer of the batter to cover the bottom of the pan, about a 1/4 cup of batter.
  4. Then, cook over a medium low heat for 1-2 minutes then flip carefully and cook an additional minute.
  5. Set aside.
Apples and Caramel
  1. First, thinly slice a whole apple.
  2. Next, add butter to a skillet and wait for the butter to melt then add your apples and cinnamon, stirring lightly until soft. Set aside.
  3. Lastly, warm up the caramel in a microwave safe bowl for 30-45 seconds.
Apples, Caramel, and Crepes together
  1. First, put apples in the center of the crepe.
  2. Next, drizzle caramel over the apples.
  3. Lastly, fold the crepe over the apple/caramel and roll. Add Cool Whip and cinnamon to the top if you would like…..Enjoy!!!
