Honey Oats & Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites

  1. First, preheat the oven to 350. Next, take your ripe plantains or bananas and add to a bowl and smash with a potato smasher or fork.
  2. Next, add raw oats, PB2, honey, flaxseed meal, vanilla, and chocolate chips and blend with a hand blender.
  3. Lastly, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, roll balls into 1 inch diameter round (the best you can) and bake 20 minutes or until chocolates are melted.
  4. Finally, enjoy as a pre or post workout delight or for an after school treat or even with your coffee…Enjoy!!!
