Making the Steak Marinade and Rice
First, in a bowl, add sesame oil, sesame seeds, brown sugar, diced garlic, diced shallot, ground ginger and add your sliced ribeye and stir. Cover and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Cooking the Veggies
Around 1.5 hours into marinating your meat, START to cook your veggies.
