  1. First, preheat the oven to 375. Next, brush olive oil over 12 halves of the mini bagels and bake for 2-4 minutes until the bagels start to lightly brown.
  2. Next, remove from the oven, slather the roasted red pepper and cheese spread on the bagels, add your mozzarella cheese and sesames, and bake 6-7 minutes.
