First, in a bowl, add your pumpkin, oil, vanilla, egg yolk, truvia, brown sugar, honey, and blend with a hand mixer.

Making The Pumpkin Balls
First, line a cooking sheet with parchment paper. Next, scoop heaping tablespoons of the batter onto a cookie sheet. This recipe makes between 18-20 cookies then preheat the oven to 350.
Put the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for a least 30 minutes. Next, take the batter, roll into a ball and stuff the Rolo or Dove candy into the cookie and roll until the dough covers the candy.
