Sweet Potato Fries

Instructions
  1. First, add canned tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, giardiniera, garlic cloves, oregano, and parsley to a bowl.
  2. Then, stir, cover, and store in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  3. Next, combine the roast and the refrigerated marinade in a crockpot and set to cook for 10 hours
  4. Then, preheat the oven for the french fries and follow the instructions to bake.
  5. Next, Remove roast onto a cutting board and shred using a fork in each hand.
  6. Move meat back to the crockpot and stir.
  7. Serve beef on your favorite Italian or French loaf, add mozzarella, and hot or mild Giardiniera and add a side of sweet potato fries….Enjoy!!!
