Ingredients

Instructions

  1. First, rinse split green Peas, then put peas into 8-10 cups of hot water and soft boil for 30 minutes.
  2. Next, add chopped carrots, onions, garlic.
  3. Add 2 chicken bullion cubes.
  4. Add a 3 Tablespoons Basic Blend Rough cut seasonings.
  5. Simmer with the cover slotted for 2 hour or until water has been absorbed.
  6. Chop and add a 1/4 cup of the carrot greens the last 10 minutes.
  7. Shave raw carrots on top for color, (optional)
