Instant Pot Spicy Mexican Jambalaya

Instructions
  1. First, turn on your instant pot to sauté or sear and wait a minute or two to warm.
  2. Then, add your olive oil, garlic, onion, and ginger and stir. Next, add coriander, garlic salt, cumin, and Cajun seasoning and stir.
  3. Next, add your salsa and stir to coat. Then add your serrano and bell peppers, stir.
  4. Then, you will add your jasmine rice and stir. Then add your lentils, blend and add your water. Next add your chicken sausage and stir.
  5. Finally, add your custom timer to 20 minutes and close and lock the lid. You will need for it to cool and switch to warm before you open it. Serve with slices of avocado and a dollop of sour cream…..So Delicious and Healthy….Enjoy!!!
