Ingredients

Chicken
Veggies and Garnish
  • 1/2 Fresh Lime Limes are a good source of magnesium and potassium, which promote heart health.

  • 1 Freshly Chopped Jalapeno Jalapenos, on the heart-health front, previous studies have suggested chiles can help reduce blood pressure, high cholesterol, and the formation of blood clots.
  • 1/2 Cup Goat Cheese

  • 1 Can Vegan Refried Beans Beans are heart healthy actually a healthy dish to incorporate into your meal plans. Pinto beans contribute vital nutrients to your diet.

Instructions

Cooking the Chicken for the Loaded Goat Cheese Chicken Tacos with Pizzazz
  1. First start with 1 Tablespoon of Avocado Oil in a dutch oven pot or pan.
  2. Then you will want to add the chicken to the pot/pan with the oil.
  3. Next you will want to add the cumin, salt, garlic powder, fiesta lime Mrs. Dash, and sea salt.
  4. Then next, saute until browned and stir over a medium heat, 5 minutes.
  5. You will want to add your fresh lime juice and put the lime into the mix.
  6. Lastly, add the Frontera Sauce, finish cooking until chicken is white throughout.
  7. Total time should be 15-20 minutes.
  8. Then, set aside.
Chopped/Wash Veggies for Loaded Goat Cheese Chicken Tacos with Pizzazz...
  1. First, rinse all veggies and chop red pepper, jalapeno, avocado slices, and lime slices, set aside with the cabbage/slaw mix.
Goya Vegan Refried Beans
  1. Warm up as directed, 5 minutes over low heat.
Layering Loaded Goat Cheese and Chicken Taco
  1. First, start off by warming the tortillas on both sides on the stove top over medium heat.
  2. Then, add your refried beans to the tortilla and spread it out on tortilla.
  3. Next, add the chicken tender.
  4. Lastly add cabbage slaw, jalapenos, red pepper, cilantro, and the goat cheese.
  5. Add avocado and lime wedges if desired.
