The Go-To snack in my house is cereal……well most of the time. Some of the time I cannot keep enough cereal in the house and sometimes I have 10 half-full boxes. I decided NOT to throw out the two cups left of my KASHI cereal and the kids KIX cereal and made a Chewy, Chocolatey, Nutty, Banana Heart Healthy & Protein Packed treat….They were ALL eaten in one hour, MOM WIN for sure!!!

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325. Next blend your honey almond flax cereal and kix cereal either in a blender or food processor and blend to break down into small bits.
  2. Then, add your cereals to a bowl, add your peanut butter, banana, and chocolate chips and stir and smash and make sure it is mixed well.
  3. Next, grease your mini muffin pan with cooking spray and spoon mix into the mold then pat it down with a spoon so it is flush the opening.
  4. Bake10-15 minutes until golden brown......These as so Yummy, Healthy, & Protein packed...Enjoy!!!!
