Autumn Spaghetti Dish with Harvest Veggies and Turkey Sausage

  • 3-4 Tablespoons Felippo Berio Olive Oil Olive oil, super healthy for your heart
  • 8-10 pieces Fresh Mozzarella, Ciliegine
  • 1/2-1 Tblspoon Garlic salt
  • 1 Tsp. Oregano
  • 5-7 leaves basil leaves


  1. First, fill a pot of water on for the pasta and put on medium high heat.
  2. Next, take the casing off the turkey sausage and brown for 5-10 minutes on medium heat.
  3. While that is browning, chop garlic, onion, peppers, squash, fresh basil. Then add olive oil veggies to the turkey sausage pan.
  4. Cook until veggies are tender, cover.
  5. Add Pasta to boiling water, cook about 7 minutes, strain, put in bowl, add olive oil.
  6. Lastly, add veggie and sausage mixture to the pasta, add Cliegine (Fresh Mozzarella), and grated cheese.
