  • 1Bunch Baby Bok Choy
Glaze Dressing
Garnish & Fried Egg
  • 1/2Cup CilantroCilantro may help prevent cardiovascular damage.

Instructions
Chicken Glaze Marinade
  1. First, combine all above ingredients for marinade and put into a bowl.
  2. Then, add the chicken breast tenders, coat with glaze, and cover and put in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes.
Veggies
  1. First, chop all veggies, then add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and veggies to the skillet.
  2. Then, saute for 5 minutes stirring often and lightly browning the veggies, make sure they are slightly tender then set aside.
Glaze Dressing and Making the Rice Noodles
  1. First, add all ingredients for the glaze dressing into a bowl, stir, and set aside.
  2. Next, bring a medium pot of water to a boil, turn OFF, then add the noodles and cover for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  3. Then, strain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Marinade
  1. First, add the chicken and the marinade to a nonstick skillet and saute over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  2. Make sure the chicken is cooked through, the pieces are thin and small so they cook quickly.
Putting together your Orange Honey Glazed Chicken & Sesame Noodles
  1. First, keep your chicken in the skillet then add veggies, rice noodles, and glaze dressing. Next, saute 3-5 minutes over medium heat until heated through.
  2. Next, in another skillet fry the eggs and add to the top of the Orange Honey Glazed Chicken & Sesame Noodles.
  3. Finally, add cilantro, siracha sauce, sesame seeds, and a slice of an orange. This is a beautiful, delicious, and heart healthy meal for a weekend dinner or to serve on a special occasion….Enjoy!!!
