Ingredients
Meatballs
  • 2lbs. Organic Ground Turkey

Instructions
Turkey Meatballs
  1. First, add turkey ground meat, bread crumbs, oats, parsley, 1 clove of pressed garlic. grated cheese, garlic salt, pepper, and 2 eggs. Mix by hand or large spoon.
  2. Place meat in palm of hand and roll for at least 15 seconds.Any size ball you prefer is fine.
  3. Fry on the stove with Felippo Berio Olive Oil for 20 minutes on medium high heat.
Veggie Blend
  1. First, coarsely chop sweet potatoes,1 clove of garlic, peppers, and onions, and add dash of salt and pepper, and 2 Tsp.’s of Basin Blend seasoning, saute for 15 minutes.
  2. Next, steam broccoli n glassware, microwave safe, with two Tblsp’s of water and cook for 7 minutes on high.
  3. Then, add Felippo Berio Extra Virgin Oil Oil to the broccoli and a dash of Lawry’s Garlic Salt and toss and re-cover.
  4. Lastly, add Hot or Mild Chicago-style Giardiniera(hot or mild pepper, red bell peppers, celery, carrots, cauliflower, serrano peppers, marinated in vegetable, olive, or soybean oils.) I highly recommend it if you like spice…Enjoy
