Instructions
  1. First, preheat the oven to 375. Then add the goat cheese, walnuts, honey, salt, and pepper and stir gently.
  2. Next, crack an egg and add the whites to a bowl and add a drop of water and beat with a fork. Also, you will need another bowl for water.
  3. Then slice your pear thin and cubed, I used 2 small pieces of pear in each wonton.
  4. Next, grease a cookie sheet.
  5. Then on a separate plate, take out 10 wonton wraps at a time and cover with a damp paper towel so they do not dry. Store the rest in the refrigerator until needed.
  6. Lay the wrap out, add 1/2 teaspoon of your goat cheese mixture and pieces of pear, fold in half, dip your fingers in water and rub along the edges. You can also fold all sides up and squeeze together to look like a present.
  7. Next, brush the egg whites on the top of the sealed wonton and bake 7-10 minutes until lightly browned and serve...These are delicious and a sweet and special treat to serve as an appetizer for your Holiday Party....Enjoy!!!
