Ingredients
- 2-4 Pieces Sliced Italian Bread
- 6-8 Slices Pancetta
- 4-5 Leaves Basil Basil has so many beneficial properties, immune booster, blood vessel protector, antioxidants, etc.
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Havarti Cheese
- 2-4 Tablespoons Olive Oil/Pam Olive Oil Spray Olive oil helps decrease the total cholesterol and "bad" LDL cholesterol levels
- 1 Cup Arugula Arugula is a cruciferous vegetable. Many studies suggest consuming of plant foods like arugula may decrease your risk of heart disease
- 1 Medium Tomato Tomatoes- studies have discovered that high levels of lycopene in the blood are associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease in both men and women.

Instructions
Cooking Pancetta
- First, put in a nonstick pan over a medium to low heat and cook the pancetta 2 minutes on each side, then set aside.
Toasting the Bread
- First, spray a cookie sheet with Pam.
- Then, put olive oil on both sides of the bread with a basting brush.
- Then broil for 30-60 seconds on each side, until toasted, BUT watching constantly!!!
Set the oven to 350
- First of all, the oven will be very hot, add the Havarti cheese to each piece of bread and bake immediately.
- Next, set the timer for 1-2 minutes until cheese is melted.
Putting together you PLT
- First, take your toast with the melted cheese and put on a plate. Then, add your basil leaves on top of the cheese.
- Next, add your pancetta.
- Then, add your arugula.
- Finally, add your tomato then top with another piece of toast or eat open-faced sandwich.....Enjoy!!!
