Instructions
  1. First, preheat the oven to 350. You can either buy roasted garlic and warm it in foil at 350 for at least 30 minutes or take a head of garlic and wrap in foil and bake 30-45 minutes. While that is baking, put your bacon on a microwavable plate and cook your bacon in the microwave until crispy then set aside.
  2. While the bacon and garlic are cooking, sauté your kale in a skillet with olive oil and garlic salt, set aside.
  3. Next, remove your garlic from the oven and add it to a bowl with your mayo and 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and stir.
  4. Next, slice your rolls in half so they turn into little sliders, melt your butter and brush the insides of the rolls and bake 5-6 minutes.
  5. Then, slather your mayo, garlic, mozzarella mix over the bread and add your bacon.
  6. Next, add your sautéed kale, Colby jack, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, jalapenos, and last dash of parsley.
  7. Only bake the half that is loaded for 7 minutes and set the top half aside. Remove from the oven, brush and baste the top half of the rolls with the remaining butter and dash parsley on top and add that to the bottom loaded sandwiches and bake an additional 3 minutes and serve.....Super Tasty and Delicious....Cheers and Have a Happy and Healthy Weekend All!!!

Those look delicious! You have a nice combination between the semi-sweet bread and the savory and spicy filling.
