Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 375. Next, brush olive oil over 12 halves of the mini bagels and bake for 2-4 minutes until the bagels start to lightly brown.
- Next, remove from the oven, slather the roasted red pepper and cheese spread on the bagels, add your mozzarella cheese and sesames, and bake 6-7 minutes.
