One Pot Beef Vegetable Soup
Instructions
  1. First, add your olive oil then turn your pot on over a medium-medium low heat. Add your whole wheat flour and stir to lightly coat the meat.
  2. Then, add garlic, onion, carrots and stir to blend. Next, add your celery, diced tomatoes and serrano peppers, stir.
  3. Then, add your potato, zucchini, corn, water, and your bouillon base and stir.
  4. Next, add your black pepper, thyme, bay leaves, and parsley, stir and bring to light boil. Cover and Simmer for at least an 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Serve with shells or any pasta you like and a dash of parmesan and/or shredded cheddar cheese....Enjoy this Super Healthy Veggie Filled Soup!!!
