Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Ziti Pasta Multi-grain Barilla Pasta
- 10-15 Plum tomatoes Tomatoes, include Lycopene, and may knock your bad, LDL cholesterol down, 25 miligrams is about 1/2 cup of tomato sauce per day, yummy!!!
- 4 Tblsp.'s Extra Virgin Felippo Berio Olive Oil Olive oil helps decrease the total cholesterol and "bad" LDL cholesterol levels
- 5 Cloves garlic Garlic offers a variety of benefits, from cardiovascular protection, and lowering LDL levels along with triglycerides and lowering blood pressure.
- 1 Medium Onion Onion is high in vitamins and minerals and antioxidants and some benefits may include reducing the risk of heart disease.
- 1 tblsp Filippo Berio olive oil Olive oil helps decrease the total cholesterol and "bad" LDL cholesterol levels
- 1 8 oz. container Fresh Mozzarella, Ciliegine Bel Gioioso
- 1/2 Cup Fresh Basil Basil has so many beneficial propertiesw, immune booster, blood vessel protector, Antioxidents, etc.
- 1/2 Cup Grate Parmesan
- 1 Tsp. Garlic salt
- 1 Tsp. Black pepper
- 2 Tblsp.'s Oregano treats inflammation in the body.

Instructions
- First, boil water and add pasta. Boil for 7-10 minutes.
- Next, saute oil, garlic, and onions in a fry pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Then add tomatoes, garlic, onion, garlic salt, oregano, basil and pepper into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.
- Finally, pour Al dente(cooked to firm to the bite) into a dish and immediately pour cold tomato sauce over pasta and mix.
- Lastly, add fresh mozzarella, grated parmesan, and basil and toss. Enjoy!!!
