Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350. Grease the pan and add flour to prep the pan.
- Add, cocoa, truvia, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, stir.
- In a separate bowl add eggs, almond milk, oil, vanilla, and mint extract and blend with an electric mixer.
- Next add the flour mix slowly to the egg mix and blend for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the boiled water to the mix and stir until the water is blended into the batter,(batter will be thin) and bake for 22-26 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the center without batter on it.
- Lastly, remove and set aside to cool. Add fresh berries and sprinkle powder sugar, add mint garish for a very Beautifully Minty Holiday Bite....Enjoy!!!
Recipe Notes
*If you do not prefer a chocolate and mint combination, just add an additional teaspoon of vanilla and leave out the mint extract.
