Ingredients

- 1 Cup Cilantro Helps lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure, supports healthy cardiovascular function
- 4 Tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Cajun Blend Basin Blend Rough Cut Seasoning, http://basinblend.com/
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Cumin can decrease triglycerides, bad cholesterol, and lower LDL's, bad cholesterol levels if taken regularly
- 2 Cans Black Beans Bush's Beans are high in fiber and may lower your LDL's, bad cholesterol
- 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sour Cream Daisy
- 2 Lbs. Organic Ground Turkey Plainville Farms
- 2 Boxes Strained Tomatoes Pomi
- 1/2 Avocado

Instructions
Chop onion, garlic, jalapeno and add to pot and saute with olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
Add ground turkey and brown half way.
Add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, Basin Blend Cajun Seasoning or a sodium free/low sodium blend, and sea salt
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
Next, add beans and cilantro cook for 1.5 hours.
Serve with a dollop of sour cream, avocado, and cilantro
