  • 2 Teaspoons Sea Salt

Halloween Turkey Chili
Instructions
  1. Chop onion, garlic, jalapeno and add to pot and saute with olive oil for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add ground turkey and brown half way.
  3. Add tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, Basin Blend Cajun Seasoning or a sodium free/low sodium blend, and sea salt
  4. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Next, add beans and cilantro cook for 1.5 hours.
  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream, avocado, and cilantro
