Ingredients
Chicken & Marinade Glaze
- 1.5 Lbs. Organic Chicken Breast Tenders
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Honey Honey can be linked to lowering LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and raising the good HDL cholesterol.
- 1.5-2 Teaspoons Grated Fresh Ginger Ginger May Lower Cholesterol Levels.
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil Sesame oil is rich in mono and polyunsaturated acids which is the good kind of fat that cuts cholesterol.
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice/Clementine The fiber, potassium, vitamin C and choline content in oranges all support heart health.
- 1/2 Teaspoon Orange Zest
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Chili Paste Previous studies have suggested chiles can help reduce blood pressure and high cholesterol.
Veggies

- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

- 1 Teaspoon Orange Zest
- 2 Teaspoons Sesame Seeds
- 8-10 oz Package Linguine Rice Noodles

Instructions
Chicken Glaze Marinade
- First, combine all above ingredients for marinade and put into a bowl.
- Then, add the chicken breast tenders, coat with glaze, and cover and put in the refrigerator for 45-60 minutes.
Veggies
- First, chop all veggies, then add sesame oil, sesame seeds, and veggies to the skillet.
- Then, saute for 5 minutes stirring often and lightly browning the veggies, make sure they are slightly tender then set aside.
Glaze Dressing and Making the Rice Noodles
- First, add all ingredients for the glaze dressing into a bowl, stir, and set aside.
- Next, bring a medium pot of water to a boil, turn OFF, then add the noodles and cover for 15-20 minutes until tender.
- Then, strain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Marinade
- First, add the chicken and the marinade to a nonstick skillet and saute over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Make sure the chicken is cooked through, the pieces are thin and small so they cook quickly.
Putting together your Orange Honey Glazed Chicken & Sesame Noodles
- First, keep your chicken in the skillet then add veggies, rice noodles, and glaze dressing. Next, saute 3-5 minutes over medium heat until heated through.
- Next, in another skillet fry the eggs and add to the top of the Orange Honey Glazed Chicken & Sesame Noodles.
- Finally, add cilantro, siracha sauce, sesame seeds, and a slice of an orange. This is a beautiful, delicious, and heart healthy meal for a weekend dinner or to serve on a special occasion....Enjoy!!!
