Instructions
- First and foremost, add olive oil to a pot, sauté the garlic and onion until transparent.
- Then, you add the plum tomatoes, chop them with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Next, add basil, oregano, salt, pepper, and flaxseed meal.
- Then, simmer or soft boil for 15 minutes until tomatoes are tender, turn off and cool slightly.
- Next, pour tomato mixture into a blender or food processor.
- Pour tomato mix back into a pot.
- Lastly, add cream cheese, milk, grated cheese, and simmer for 40 minutes. Enjoy!!!
