Southwest Tuna Flatbread Sandwich
Instructions
  1. First, in a bowl, add your tuna, thawed corn, black beans, tomatoes chiles, cilantro, salt, and pepper and stir.
  2. Next, slice your avocado. Then layer the flatbread half, add 3-4 slices of avocado, your tuna salad, sprinkle sunflower seeds and top with a dollop of avocado mayo and serve.....Super Heart Healthy and Delicious....Enjoy!!!
